2. Client Responsibilities

Ensure that all necessary licenses, permissions, and legal rights
required for the operation of your business and use of our services
are obtained and maintained.
Use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with

Comply with all guidelines, instructions, and procedures provided by

3. Service Fees and Payment

Payment is due as outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
Failure to pay in a timely manner may result in the suspension or
termination of services.
Any late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in the

All intellectual property, including but not limited to software,
logos, trademarks, design, and content, provided by Careinfo IT
Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is the property of the company and is protected by
intellectual property laws.
You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify our intellectual
property without prior written consent from Careinfo IT Solutions Pvt.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary
information and business data exchanged during the course of the
services. Neither party will disclose such information to any third
party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

Careinfo IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is committed to protecting your privacy
and data. We will process personal data in accordance with applicable
laws, including the Data Privacy Act of Nepal. By using our services,
you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as
necessary for the provision of our services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Careinfo IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will not be held liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from
the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the
specific service or product giving rise to the claim, except in cases
of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with
written notice. In the event of termination, you will be responsible
for any outstanding fees due up until the termination date.
Careinfo IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or
terminate services if you breach any of the terms outlined in this
agreement.
9. Force Majeure
Careinfo IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible for any
delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our
control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental
actions, war, terrorism, strikes, or internet outages.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
